All this without requiring a special waterproof case or additional accessories.

Thanks to the shockproof design, you won't need to worry about the occasional accident — the RX0 II's rugged body is built to withstand the impact of a drop from a height of 2.0 meters (6.5 feet).

Tiltable LCD monitor perfect for selfies

The camera's LCD monitor tilts upward around 180°, making it easy to frame selfie shots and vlogging sessions. With its waterproof and dustproof design you can even use it for underwater shots. The monitor also tilts downward by around 90° to help when you are shooting from a high angle.

Extended control with the optional shooting grip

The VCT-SGR1 Shooting Grip has integrated controls to let you trip the shutter release and operate the record button and the camera's zoom from the grip itself. The shooting grip can also be converted for use as a tabletop tripod.

Wireless multi-camera control

Sony's Imaging Edge Mobile app lets you control multiple cameras from a smartphone or other mobile device. Wireless connectivity gives you greater flexibility in positioning your cameras, which are sturdy and small enough to go almost anywhere.
